The front panel USB offers convenient audio playback for MP3, WAV, FLAC, ALAC and DSD (2.8/5.6MHz) files. Stream popular music services like Spotify®, Pandora®, Tidal and more with built-in HEOS technology, and control the AVR with Amazon Alexa voice compatibility. With Denon's award-winning Setup Wizard, the Denon AVR-S940H is as easy to set up as it is to enjoy.
Featuring high-current discrete power amplifiers on all channels, with low-impedance driver capability, it offers operational stability with a wide range of speakers for balanced, quality sound. Additionally, Auto Eco mode adjusts the power output to the speakers based on the volume level and the on-screen eco meter, reducing power consumption in real time.
