LS1 is a very compact loudspeaker designed to fly horizontally in compact line source applications. With a capacity of up to 6 units per side, LS1 loudspeakers are designed for medium and high SPL applications in theaters, hotel lobbies, conference rooms and high SPL entertainment venues. Flying 2 boxes will provide 90 × 50 degree coverage, 4 boxes 90 × 40 degrees and 6 boxes 90 × 30 degrees. A set of 2 × 6 pieces will offer 105 dB over 30 meters in pure hi-fi sound quality.

Our Line Source speakers weigh less than 7kg per speaker and offer a very high SPL-to-weight ratio and SPL-size ratio. The LS1 drive units have been designed by the best European manufacturers. The 6 1/2″ woofer of our Line Source speaker system features a powerful neodymium magnet with state-of-the-art cooling and less than 1.8 dB power compression after 8 hours of maximum SPL.

The 1-in. horn-loaded dome tweeter The LS1 offers excellent sensitivity and combines the output of a speaker-loaded design with the clarity of a dome tweeter. The extruded aluminum cabinet is well dampened and the triangular shape minimizes standing waves within the cabinet. LS1 loudspeakers offer quality sound reproduction for applications where superior performance is a necessity.
