DESCRIPTION
Enjoy wireless audio streaming and multi-channel object-based audio with the Onkyo TX-NR686 7.2-channel network A/V receiver . The receiver has support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X for object-based audio support. Delivers up to 100 watts per channel at 8 ohms for robust audio reproduction. Built-in AirPlay and Bluetooth connectivity let you wirelessly stream music from compatible audio sources such as computers, MP3 players, smartphones, and tablets. Onboard Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity give you the ability to stream music from Internet radio sources.
The Onkyo TX-NR686 has seven HDMI inputs for interconnecting audio and video sources, including support for HDR UHD video sources. There is also a USB port on the rear panel for connecting a USB drive. The free Onkyo Controller app will allow you to control your receiver from a smartphone or tablet. Built-in high-resolution audio support lets you take advantage of dynamic surround sound formats like DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby TrueHD.
